The company has concentrated on the sales, marketing and engineering of commercial foodservice equipment and supplies since 1993.Specializing in niche markets, this forward thinking team of experienced individuals has partnered with Textiles Coated International (TCI) to develop a full line of cookware made entirely of a structural flouropolymer resin sheeting material known as PTFE. These products are manufactured using a proprietary process to yield a material with high levels of tear resistance, tensile strength and flex life. It can be molded into different vessel shapes and sizes without the use of additional support substances in the food zone. This award winning process offers up several advantages when using Crossfilm Cookware products in the harsh environment of high-speed cook ovens. Although our products were developed to satisfy this particular need, they work equally as well in conventional baking and convection ovens and microwaves.
